Today we spent a further hour editing our video together, and it is beginning to come on well. We've now got just over 30 seconds of footage completed, but we will go back to it and look over it all again at the very end.
What we're finding most difficult is getting the transitions just right. Because of how soft our music is, we want a soft transition, and we have one that is just right - 'cross dissolve'. We let each transition go on for a second, but are now contemplating making this even longer, as when we watched it back, it all seemed a bit rushed.
The lip-syncing isn't too bad, as we played the music when we first shot the video. This has made a massive difference in how easy it is to get it spot-on, but there are a few areas that still need a slight tweak, and we'll be looking in to how best to do this over the coming week or so.
