We were unable to edit on Thursday, which meant today was going to be quite a big rush to iron out all the small issues.
As the final day before the deadline we were initially given, Naomi and I worked solidly to ensure that the lip-syncing was perfect, and the transitions were long enough. All the footage was in place, and edited together correctly with the right colourisation, focus, lighting effects and edits used. However, the transitions were only a second long, and we wanted to change this, as we thought it was too quick for the music.
This meant we had to go over every transition and elongate it, making sure we didn't knock anything out of sync. Some of the footage was already too slow for the music, so this all had to be altered within the hour we had.
Thankfully, we were able to complete the necessary editing, and will now endeavour to film the final 8 seconds again early next week, and upload and edit this in, and then the video will be complete.
